Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a return and refund service. Here are the details:
Returns
If the product has wrong items, missing parts, serious quality problems, or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will be happy to help you solve the problem.
To start a return, please contact us at love.frontline.merch@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns must be sent back to us within 5 days of the return request.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please see below for some examples of items that we do not accept:
- Items that come into direct contact with food or drinks, including insulated flasks, mugs, plates, bowls, cutlery, etc.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
